Inspired by a true journey

Our journey to French Gurukul

The idea behind French Gurukul is inspired by the true story of our Advisor member. Living a simple life in India, and influenced by the idea of higher studies in UK, Canada, US or Australia, our Advisor never thought of pursuing studies, or living in France. This however changed forever in 2014. Thanks to the unwavering support of his French colleagues in India in choosing the right engineering institution match, he was able to transform a daunting dream into reality.

Early support from French colleagues also helped in preparing life in France and absorb the initial phase of cultural difference which could seem overwhelming to many. Thanks to the continuous support through academics and career planning, their mentorship helped in building a professional network, leading to developing a successful career at a French multinational company.

Inspired by this journey, we decided to create a platform which will provide international students with the same level of unwavering anchor, support and mentorship, to assist them in reaching closer to their goals and live their dream.
